For this First Meeting of the TO-BE community, all oral talks will be assigned to invited speakers. This decision is due both to the lack of available time, between project start-up and first meeting, for opening a full call for papers and to the belief that selecting a number of topical talks to review the state-of-the-art of our field would be useful in this initial phase.
The scientific organization of the three sessions is assigned to the three S&T Work Groups. As speakers of each session, we invited the Work Group Leaders and the Task Leaders of each Work Group (if available) and a number of speakers named by the Work Group Leader him/herself.

Early Stage Researchers Meeting**

* Working group (WG) roundtables are organizational meetings to plan the next steps of the To-Be Action. They are open to researchers who have joined the action, or are willing to do so, interested in contributing to that particular WG.

# WG0 is the organizational WG of the Action. The WG0 is opened to researchers who have joined the action and are willing to actively contribute to its operative aspects.

** The Early stage researchers (ESR) meeting is aimed at empowering the role of ESRs within the To-Be action. ESRs are defined as researchers < 8 years from the award of their PhD
